Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment.

Shipping And Handling UK Deliveries - First Class Recorded. Up to 3 items £3.50, Up to 8 items £4.95, Each additional item 50p.
UK Deliveries - Special Delivery (Next Working Day). Up to 3 items £6.95. Up to 7 items £9.95
UK Deliveries - Next Day Working Courier £14.95
Rest of EU - International Registered. Up to 3 items £7.95, Each additional item £1.00.

Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped. Next Day Courier delivery applies to orders received before midday . Next Day Courier deliveries are only made on working days. (Call 0870 740 9040 for Saturday courier deliveries - additional charges apply). Orders received after midday will be treated as being received the next working day. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Back Orders
Items out of stock will be placed on Back Order and despatched separately. You will be notified via email when an item is on back order. No additional shipping charges will be made for items on Back Order.

Tax Charges
All orders made from the UK or the European Union will have VAT added at 17.5%, this is calculated when you check out. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . |

Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
We appreciate that someone else may have purchased these Lucky Knickers for you, and they may not have been accurate in the sizing department - but don't worry - please check that they are the right size before putting them on. Some of our styles do not have a size in the garments themselves, but do have a label/note in the packaging - please check this before your wear them.
Once these Lucky Knickers have been worn we are unable to accept them as returns. If you're uncertain that they'll fit - try them over another pair of (preferably bigger) knickers so they're still ok for someone else - then we can accept them as returns. (If you think this is too much to ask - you should have seen the copy-writers face when we asked him to write this as a "nice friendly" statement :)

Refunds
If the Lucky Knickers are returned un-worn, a refund is given to the card that paid for the Lucky Knickers - the decision whether an item is unworn or not, is at our sole discretion.
The refund amount is the price of the Lucky Knickers and does not include the original postage and packing.
